The first intake of two-year out-plan program students was enrolled in three majors in September 1994.

     


    The first intake of three-year in-plan diploma program students was enrolled in 1995.

     


    The School offered its very first undergraduate program in International Economics & Trade major in 1998.

     


    The School started to offer Bachelor of Management program (major in Business Administration and Information Management & Information Systems) in 2000.

     


    A SHU-UTS Cooperation Agreement was signed to jointly deliver dual-degree program in 2002. The School was approved by the State Council of China to award an overseas degree.

     


    The first intake of undergraduate students graduated in 2002.

     


    The out-plan program was renamed as pathway program in 2005.

      


    A new SHU-UTS Cooperation Agreement was signed in 2005.

     


    The School started to offer Master of World Economics and Master of Management Science and Engineering in 2006.

     


    A new Dual-degree Program Agreement was signed in 2008.

     

     

    The in-plan diploma program terminated in 2009.

     


    The first intake of postgraduate students graduated in 2009.

     


    The School became a member of AACSB in 2013.

     


    The Eligibility Application was accepted by AACSB in 2014.

      


    The School started to jointly deliver Master of Finance and Master of Engineering Management with UTS in 2015.
