'Signing Ceremony Between Shanghai University and UTS Launched'

A signing ceremony between Shanghai University and the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) in Australia, was launched at the Westin Bund Center in Shanghai, November 3rd. A cooperative agreement and a Doctorate Program Fostering Agreement were signed.
