The SHU Australian Studies Center was jointly established by SHU-UTS SILC Business School and UTS in May, 2004. The members of the research center come from SHU-UTS SILC Business School, Faculty of Foreign Language, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Sports, Faculty of Management, Faculty of Economics and so forth as well as relevant research institutions and institutions of higher learning both at home and abroad.

     


    The SHU Australian Studies Center is an academic research entity that is engaged in the study on economy and management, education and society as well as language and culture in Australia. Based on SHU-UTS SILC Business School, its mission is to enable various walks of society to have a better understanding of Australia and promote the friendship and understanding between China and Australia through the efforts of the experts and scholars from various disciplines both at home and abroad and under the support of the advantageous resources of the school.
